Delivery
Note that because products are occasionally despatched from different suppliers, you may receive multiple deliveries of your order. Most of our products are delivered within 24 hours of ordering, but please allow up to ten days. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact Customer Services who will be happy to assist you further.
Some furniture and large items are delivered by a special carrier within two to three weeks. This will be specified in the product description.
In the unlikely event that the despatch of your order is delayed beyond the stated period, we will contact you immediately to advise you of the situation and you will be given the option to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please ensure that you use accurate address details in order to prevent postage delays.
We offer FREE delivery for most orders over £45.00, and we charge £4.75 for every order worth less than this amount.
We aim to ensure that out of stock items are removed from our shop immediately. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs we will notify you immediately to see whether you are happy to wait for delivery. Also, there may be rare occasions when stock becomes permanently unavailable: in which case we will contact you and process a refund.
The above delivery prices apply only to orders from mainland UK. Additional delivery charges may apply to orders from elsewhere.
